OUR PROCESS
Sanitary Sewer Inspection
Our sanitary sewer inspection process is designed to meet Town of Greenwich requirements or resolve issues with sewer laterals. After receiving a request, we handle the submission of a CCTV inspection permit application to the Town of Greenwich Sewer Department. Once the permit is approved, we coordinate with the Sewer Inspector to perform the inspection, which is recorded and submitted for review.
The Sewer Department provides an assessment of the sewer lateral, outlining any necessary repairs or replacements. We review these findings with you to ensure clarity, then prepare a detailed repair plan and submit it for approval. If repairs extend into the Town Right of Way, we also manage the highway permit application.
Once all permits are approved, we prepare competitive quotes to implement the required repairs in an efficient cost effective manner. During the construction phase, we oversee the installation of repairs to ensure our design is properly implemented in the field and work is proceeding in an efficient manner. We document the repairs with photos and measurements, which are used to prepare an as-built plan, ensuring compliance with sewer permit requirements.

Storm Drainage Inspection
Our storm drainage inspections are tailored to evaluate existing systems and identify issues affecting functionality. After receiving your request, we schedule the inspection at a time convenient for you. During the inspection, we assess the condition of pipes connected to roof leaders, yard drains, catch basins and other storm drainage structures.

Following the inspection, we review the findings with you and discuss solutions for the identified issues to the storm drainage system. We design any required improvements and draft a plan to document the necessary repairs. We prepare competitive quotes to implement the required repairs in an efficient cost effective manner.

During the construction phase, we oversee the installation of repairs to ensure our design is properly implemented in the field and work is proceeding in an efficient manner. We document the repairs with photos and measurements, which are used to prepare an as-built plan for your records. This thorough approach ensures the integrity and longevity of your storm drainage system.
